Description 
Early photo of the home of William D. Bell 21607 Laytonsville Road Construction of this house began in 1883. The house was complete in 1887. According to the original receipts, the house was built for approximately $2,000. William Bell's family lived in this house until 1944, when thehome was passed on to their heirs. Two daughters, Ethel Bell Taylor and Mary Bell Allnutt, lived in the home until it was passed on to other family members, the Seeks. Today this structure is the Town Hall.
